Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand that appointments are sometimes missed due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or obligations with family and work. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing others from receiving much needed treatment. Conversely, if another patient doesn’t call us to cancel their appointment, they may be preventing you from receiving the treatment you may need.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or is missed completely then a symbolic fee of £10.00 (£20.00 for new patient appointments) wil be charged.

Please be aware that we now have online booking therefore an appointment that has been made online can be cancelled online but bookings made through our reception cannot be accessed on line.
