Natalie Nickowski

Natalie Nickowski Dr Natalie Nickowski’s journey to healthcare started in her studying Dentistry. Her love for helping people soon brought her to study the body more widely, and brought her to Chiropractic. Dr Natalie then began her studies at the AECC In Bournemouth and continued on her studies in WIOC in Cardiff. Since qualifying she has worked in many clinics over the UK broadening her knowledge in Sports chiropractic, Sacro Occipital Technique, Rehabilitation, Shockwave Therapy and general medicine.

Natalie’s focus is on optimising each and every patient’s health. Ridding them of their pain and dysfunction as quickly as possible and getting them to their peak with treatment and lifestyle advice. She is always happy to talk through patient’s concerns and discusses their treatment with them in an open and comfortable environment.

As a Ski and Scuba diving instructor and an avid horse rider, she has a keen interest in sports health and optimisation of the body. Dr Natalie has treated a wide range of sports persons for both injuries and long term health.

Amanda Learoyd

Amanda LearoydAmanda’s first interest in chiropractic started when she experienced back and neck pain as a teenager and saw a Chiropractor. She was amazed at how good she felt after treatment and decided that a career in chiropractic would enable her to pass this feel good factor onto others! Amanda has worked in multiple clinics in Swindon and the outskirts of London, treating patients of all ages.

Techniques she uses include diversified manipulation, soft tissue release, kinesiotaping, dry needling, sacro-occipital technique and activator. Amanda explains all treatment options to the patient and together they come up with a treatment plan that suits the patient to get the best results in the quickest time to keep people at their best.

Simon Ellis

Simon Ellis Dip.PT Dip.IIST MFHT

Simon EllisAfter qualifying as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist, Simon set up Positive Energy to serve the growing demand for quality personal training and sports therapy.

With over ten years in the industry, Simon has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working with a very diverse client base. Simon has a very keen interest in the work he does and strives to offer the best service for his clients.

Simon also enjoys an active lifestyle, working out in the gym, sailing, surfing and taekwondo. He is currently a 2nd degree black belt and qualified instructor.

Emily White

Emily White, MChrio graduated as a chiropractor from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2014.

Emily WhiteAs her first position after graduating is here at the The Back Pain Centre in Steventon, she brings a fresh repertoire of knowledge to the practice. She spent a year in a student clinic to refine her skills and now hopes to expand her experience by working alongside John, Barbara and Simon.

Not only does she aim to relieve patients' pain but also takes a keen interest in helping restore and improve general function of the body even where there is no pain.

Emily aims to make every patient feel comfortable in her company and wants every patient to feel involved witht their treatment and make sure they understand what is happening and why, and how to make the most of each session.
